Digital Designer

CUUP’s Creative Team develops innovative designs for every part of the business. We are agency-free, meaning the in-house creative team has their fingerprint on every piece of content developed for CUUP (web, social, advertising, print, packaging, campaigns, etc.). Being a startup, we are constantly learning, experimenting, iterating and challenging “norms” to ensure we’re leading the conversation of self-defined sensuality and support. Position Overview

CUUP is looking for a highly creative, technically-abled, well rounded Digital Designer with motion graphics experience to join our in-house creative team. This role will report to and support our Senior Designer in creating social and marketing content across all channels. The ideal candidate has a passion for design and visual storytelling through an human-centric lens.

Given the fast-paced environment and speed of our workflow, the candidate must be an ambitious self-starter with a can-do mentality and the ability to juggle several projects concurrently and can meet every deadline. We are looking for someone who brings a deep understanding of the marketing, paid advertising and social media landscapes — including relevant brands, industry trends, and visual best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally with website, social, growth and marketing teams to create beautiful and effective brand experiences
  • Concept and execute innovative, on-brand motion content for paid social channels through seasonal and campaign lenses
  • Work closely with website team on visual site updates and assist with asset planning/creation where needed

Requirements

Copywriter

CUUP is seeking a talented copywriter to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll partner with our first-in-class brand, creative and editorial teams to distill CUUP’s voice across all channels and continually evolve our industry-shifting brand narrative.

Responsibilities include: 

  • Manage copy across all CUUP brand channels (social, ecom, creative, paid) 
  • Partner with CMO and Director of Marketing to distill campaign narratives and brand concepts across all channels in a consistent tone of voice 
  • Partner with paid marketing team to craft compelling, unique sales messages 
  • Work closely with Editorial Director to amplify BodyTalk franchises across CUUP channels 
  • Brainstorm and execute engaging ways to communicate CUUP’s values of support, style & function

Social Media Manager

About the role

This role is responsible for managing an established yet still growing social media presence, developing our community and ensuring CUUP delivers innovative and best-in-class experiences within the social media space. The right candidate will have a strong interest in social media and the commercial impact it has. You will be up to speed on all new and developing social media and digital innovations. You will be both an integral part of the Marketing team, and will work closely with the Creative team to ensure product messaging alignment and on time deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the social media calendar ensuring that content and plan specific creative and marketing initiatives are aligned with key stakeholders
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of the brand’s product, customer and policies
  • Create monthly social content strategies that keep key product moments and initiatives on the forefront, align with larger brand marketing calendars and ensure content is engaging and relevant to followers. This includes copy options for social posts.
  • Partner with other departments and peers around key initiatives and campaigns to ensure 360 messaging, business relevancy and alignment.
  • Responsible for growing followers on channels - particularly Instagram.
  • Work collaboratively with internal cross-functional teams to make sure we are using channels to fulfil customer needs and education (teams include creative, CS, Fit, Product and paid). Responsibilities include:
    • Partner with creative team, inform with data to optimize highly shareable content/stories to drive audience growth and engagement
    • Manage and share with creative team user-generated content in-line with the moderation policy as well as any active marketing campaigns.
    • Work with paid team monthly/quarterly to offer feedback on evergreen UGC campaigns for them to manage.
    • Support in the development of a clear process and delineation of work between Social Media Manager and Customer Service team.
  • Community manage channels to engage users and create an interactive relationship between consumers and CUUP on social media. Provide ideas as to how to activate this community along with feedback for business strategy, and resources our customer needs (ex market expansion, retail ops, fit stories, product feedback). Responsibilities include:
    • Ensuring brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology.
    • Being an advocate for CUUP in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
  • Calculate, prepare and present all weekly and monthly social media reports. Provide ongoing analysis, key insights and recommendations to optimize performance of social media and re-inform various areas of the business:
    • Be on the pulse of social conversation & find opportunities to make social media channels stand out
    • Identify trending content opportunities and share with broader audience as appropriate
    • Keep up with trends in social media tools, applications, channels and strategy to determine which are relevant for CUUP.
    • Spearhead innovation and forward-thinking around community growth and engagement.
  • Apply attribution best practices to image usage rights, copywriting & social media posts to ensure legal compliance

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience working within the social media space
  • Comfortable working in all social media platforms specifically Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Tik Tok, Snapchat

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the liaison between internal CX Team and 3PF to address daily questions regarding order status, cancellations and changes, out of stocks, delays and replacement orders
  • Work with internal team to process special orders
  • Own and provide reporting on outbounds KPIs and 3PF training to maintain consistency. Monitor SLA compliance
  • Handle claims processes

This role reports directly into the SVP of Product & Innovation and works closely with the CUUP design and product development teams.

Overview of Key Duties

  • Support product development fit excellence through organization of CUUP’s in house fittings

  • Coordinate Fit Model Scheduling, Bookings, invoicing, COVID safety

About the Role

We are looking for a highly-organized, enthusiastic, and collaborative Executive/Personal Assistant provide primary support to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The ideal candidate will be self-directed and feel confident in managing a varied workload from multiple inputs. You will be expected to provide a combination of business (70%) and personal (30%) support to the CEO.

This position will require you to work on-site (New York City) assisting the CEO as needed.

Essential Priorities

  • Prioritize, maintain, and manage calendars for internal, external and executive meetings
  • Provide meeting support through booking and preparing meeting rooms, taking notes, setting up
  • video conferences/phone calls, and providing follow up and action items after meetings
  • Coordinate business and personal travel logistics including flight itineraries, hotel rates and reservations
  • Execute day-to-day administrative tasks including organizing documents, arranging deliveries, and updating contacts
  • Take ownership of special projects such as establishing new—and improving existing administrative systems and processes

This is a three month internship starting in early or mid June. It is paid hourly and may be for school credit.

Overview of Key Duties

  • Supporting the Product Design, Development +Innovation team across all stages from design concept, development and production.

  • Prepare design research

Along with a passion for Brand Partnerships and Social Media Marketing, including Influencer and Celebrity relations. This paid internship is integral to the organization and success of the department, with opportunity to significantly grow and learn in a fast-paced environment.

This is a three month internship starting in early or mid June. It is paid hourly and may be for school credit.

Responsibilities Include

  • Work with Communications & Partnerships Manager to execute PR, Influencer, Community, and Partnerships strategy within Brand Marketing team
  • Work with PR agency to execute daily PR inquiries, pulls, fittings and gifts
