About The Role

We’re looking for an Associate Product Coordinator to support CUUP’s product creation engine. This role supports product development operations and administration. From concept to commercialization, this role works closely with all product functions including Design, Innovation, Production, and Merchandising — and drives excellence in successfully supporting the product team in bringing superior product to market. Responsibilities

About The Role

The Digital Creative Project Manager at CUUP will report into the Sr. Director, Creative Operations & Strategy and be responsible for supporting day-to-day operational needs to ensure efficient workflow of the creative team (photo, digital design, copy, approval process, etc.). This role is highly cross-functional and requires bringing internal teams together to launch important strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage creative project schedules inclusive but not limited to emails, homepages, landing pages, promotions and digital events
  • Work across teams and stakeholders to define scope of projects, timelines/milestones and key deliverables
  • Drive projects through all stages from requirements, creation, implementation and hindsighting, monitoring project timelines to ensure they stay on track
  • Understanding of CUUP’s launch calendar, understanding when briefs are due, driving timeline cross-functionally and reviewing all briefs to ensure strategy is clear and necessary content is included prior to creative teams being briefed.
  • Facilitate final handoff of all assets to cross functional partners
  • Assist Sr. Director with acting as the liaison between the creative team, merchandising, site, growth marketing and brand marketing
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in communication, alignment, and briefing process and work with the Sr Director of Creative Operations to implement new methodologies
  • Ensure that deliverables meet the original goals, objectives and requirements of the project to achieve success
  • Track and maintain the feedback loop with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership
  • Support the project management of any special projects as they come up

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience managing digital creative projects, preferably at a DTC company
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage 360 programs across an array of channels
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills: Must be able to communicate needs and objectives effectively via email and in meetings

About The Role

The Retoucher at CUUP will report into the Retouching Manager and will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day retouching needs of the creative team.

Responsibilities

  • Retouch on model and still life e-commerce and lifestyle images
  • Perform image quality reviews prior to delivery to ensure correct color, cropping, file naming, quality standards, etc.
  • Color correct garments in photos from physical samples and set color standards
  • Support creative team in file naming and organization
  • Take on ad-hoc retouching projects as needed

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of relevant retouching experience, ideally in fashion or beauty
  • Strong organizational, multitasking skills
  • Strong technical understanding of Photoshop and proficient in all Adobe Suites

We’re a dynamic group of talented and fun creatives. Our team is responsible for bringing the brand to life across all channels. The Production Designer Role will collaborate closely with the Art Director and Senior Designer to support the internal creative team across photoshoots and final asset production. Responsibilities

  • Deliver a range of cross-platform design work while adhering to creative/brand guidelines

We’re looking for a Merchandise Planner at CUUP. The Planner will support the development and execution of merchandise plans. Our ideal candidate will be highly analytical, organized and have a sharp attention to detail. This person is responsible for assisting with the strategic direction of inventory based on analysis of total brand financials, historical data, and current product trends. They will help manage inventory through the use of various merchandise reporting tools, ensuring growth targets are achieved.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities and influence future assortment decisions
  • Support the development of merchandise plans from the top level down to the product level that meet company targets.

About The Role

CUUP is seeking a talented Senior Wholesale Manager to own and drive growth in CUUP’s multi channel expansion. The Senior Wholesale Manager will be responsible for identifying opportunities to drive the business with new and existing accounts. This person will be deeply entrepreneurial and passionate about product. The role will manage goals, targets, and projections for all wholesale accounts and report back to Senior Leadership to drive topline CUUP goals.

Responsibilities

  • Build and Launch CUUP’s wholesale distribution strategy.

As a CUUP Art Direction / Design Intern, you’ll be joining the Creative team, which is inclusive of design, copy, art direction, styling, (and almost everything in-between). We’re a dynamic group of talented and fun creatives. Our team is responsible for bringing the brand to life across all channels. The Art Direction/Design Intern role plays an important part by helping our team of art directors and designers create and tell meaningful stories about the brand. During your time on the team, you’ll shadow your colleagues and get exposure to various art direction and design projects, while learning the basics of what it takes to be a working AD/Designer at an in-house creative team that CUUP leads. You’ll be immersed in the unique CUUP work environment and culture - in order to further your professional development and work skills. Responsibilities

  • You will assist the Art Director and team with general campaign development, which includes everything from:
  • Brainstorming concepts for brand campaigns both large and small;
  • Developing look & feel / art direction for campaigns, in partnership with our design team;
  • Assisting with translating ideas from concepts on a page into real-world assets;
  • Possibly working with AD to brief photographers, stylists, video editors, illustrators, etc. depending on the type of campaign;
  • Assisting with the nitty gritty – cropping and exporting, and all of that good detail-oriented stuff!
  • You will report directly to our in-house Art Director for CUUP brand
  • You will collaborate daily with the Design team and Art Director, as well as cross-functionally with the Social, Design, and Styling teams
