About the role

As the Director of Digital Product, you’ll be responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer experience that drives our ambitious growth agenda. You’ll define a vision for our e-commerce platform and optimize all customer pathways to reduce friction, while simultaneously inspiring and delighting our customers. This is a highly visible and cross-functional role, and you’ll partner closely with executive leadership to deliver against overarching business objectives. You’ll define a roadmap, prioritize and execute against the highest impact work in partnership with an external team of engineers, product designers and data analysts. If you’re an intellectually curious product leader who’s looking to revolutionize the way women shop for intimate apparel, this job is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Translate overall business strategy and customer goals into an actionable e-commerce product roadmap, and define a long-term vision. Partner with an external engineering agency to deliver against the roadmap.
  • Analyze quantitative data, user feedback, and market intelligence to deeply understand our customer and identify opportunities for business growth. Ruthlessly prioritize based on impact, develop and implement site changes, set measurable and aggressive goals, and analyze performance to inform next steps.
  • Work with stakeholders across the organization to deliver on P&L targets, and drive effective and quick decision making and prioritization.
  • Manage the entire customer ecosystem of the website including site merchandising, navigation, content development, SEO, information architecture, performance, and functionality.
  • Assess opportunities for growth using quantitative and qualitative data, and lead/project manage cross-functional teams to manage implementation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-7 years as a Digital Product Manager. Bonus: Experience developing features for a Shopify based site.
  • Strong technical and business acumen. Ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements and lead a team of developers and designers to deliver results.
  • Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting test results and drawing conclusions.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead, influence and drive cross-functional teams.

Social Media Manager

About the role

This role is responsible for managing an established yet still growing social media presence, developing our community and ensuring CUUP delivers innovative and best-in-class experiences within the social media space. The right candidate will have a strong interest in social media and the commercial impact it has. You will be up to speed on all new and developing social media and digital innovations. You will be both an integral part of the Marketing team, and will work closely with the Creative team to ensure product messaging alignment and on time deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the social media calendar ensuring that content and plan specific creative and marketing initiatives are aligned with key stakeholders
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of the brand’s product, customer and policies
  • Create monthly social content strategies that keep key product moments and initiatives on the forefront, align with larger brand marketing calendars and ensure content is engaging and relevant to followers. This includes copy options for social posts.
  • Partner with other departments and peers around key initiatives and campaigns to ensure 360 messaging, business relevancy and alignment.
  • Responsible for growing followers on channels - particularly Instagram.
  • Work collaboratively with internal cross-functional teams to make sure we are using channels to fulfil customer needs and education (teams include creative, CS, Fit, Product and paid). Responsibilities include:
    • Partner with creative team, inform with data to optimize highly shareable content/stories to drive audience growth and engagement
    • Manage and share with creative team user-generated content in-line with the moderation policy as well as any active marketing campaigns.
    • Work with paid team monthly/quarterly to offer feedback on evergreen UGC campaigns for them to manage.
    • Support in the development of a clear process and delineation of work between Social Media Manager and Customer Service team.
  • Community manage channels to engage users and create an interactive relationship between consumers and CUUP on social media. Provide ideas as to how to activate this community along with feedback for business strategy, and resources our customer needs (ex market expansion, retail ops, fit stories, product feedback). Responsibilities include:
    • Ensuring brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology.
    • Being an advocate for CUUP in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
  • Calculate, prepare and present all weekly and monthly social media reports. Provide ongoing analysis, key insights and recommendations to optimize performance of social media and re-inform various areas of the business:
    • Be on the pulse of social conversation & find opportunities to make social media channels stand out
    • Identify trending content opportunities and share with broader audience as appropriate
    • Keep up with trends in social media tools, applications, channels and strategy to determine which are relevant for CUUP.
    • Spearhead innovation and forward-thinking around community growth and engagement.
  • Apply attribution best practices to image usage rights, copywriting & social media posts to ensure legal compliance
  • Oversee and manage CUUP’s social influencer programs, including but not limited to:
    • Pitch and manage large scale social partnerships with well known influencers that result in content creation and brand recognition
    • GRIN community management - create buzz via UGC campaigns around specific products and launches. Recruit community members to support campaigns as scale

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience working within the social media space
  • Comfortable working in all social media platforms specifically Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Tik Tok, Snapchat
  • Expert knowledge of social media and current trends
  • Innate understanding of the CUUP voice and aesthetic
  • Proficient in social media analytics and scheduling tools
  • Strong analytical skills. Able to clearly summarize data and learnings and present back

Communications & Partnerships Coordinator

CUUP is looking for an ambitious self-starter to join a growing Communications & Partnerships team. The right candidate will have a strong interest in Communications work and traditional PR. Along with a passion for Brand Partnerships and Social Media, including Influencer and Celebrity relations. This role is integral to the organization and success of the department, with opportunity to significantly grow and learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include

  • Work directly with Communications & Partnerships teams and PR agency to execute Brand strategy
  • Work daily with PR agency to field and execute PR inquiries, fittings, pulls, loans & gifting
  • Support sample management & tracking across PR agency, photo studio and office
  • Work with Operations team to manage gift & loan orders
  • Work with Fit Team to offer stellar fit experience for editors, partners, and brand contacts
  • Help Manager organize contact lists, contracts, timelines, deliverables, follow up and Partnerships calendar
  • Support Manager in work with Marketing, Production, Editorial, Creative and Social Media teams to execute partnerships
  • Support Partnership conversations, production and logistics
  • Field Communications inquiries from contact emails and Social Media
  • Optimize Communications organization between departments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years experience in-house at a brand or PR firm, with focus on lifestyle, apparel or beauty

Fashion Intern

CUUP is looking for a passionate, well organized and hardworking intern to join our creative team.

Responsibilities

  • Photoshoots
    • Maintain the fashion closet with all samples, styling pieces, and styling tools
    • Keep running Google Sheet of all sizes and styles in the fit kit
    • Archive marketing, fit and press samples
  • Assist Stylist on all shoots - Ecom, Flats, BodyTalk, StylingSeries, Paid
    • Prep:
      • Assist with receiving sample pulls for styling pieces
      • Receive sample handover from product team
      • Print shot list, style out and all relevant materials to have on set
    • Day of:
      • Assist in dressing models, steaming and prepping racks and keeping the wardrobe area clean and organized
      • Take any notes that would be relevant to share with Product team on fit
    • Post:
      • Assist on returns and maintain care and organisation of in-house samples
      • Input model sizes in shared documents with CX/Social/Web
      • Follow up with gifting sets to new models through their agents
    • Remote:
      • Coordinate and attend virtual fittings alongside Fashion Manager
      • Place orders from warehouse for any missing sizes or styles
      • Create shipping labels and facilitate sample delivery and return
    • Support Communications/Partnerships team with any requests for Stylist or Editorial pulls
      • Maintain working knowledge of Shopify (draft orders, tracking, etc.)
    • Assist on all events and activations
      • Assist the Fashion Manager to execute the style out for the space and receive all pulls and deliveries
      • Attend events to help set up display, work POS when needed, and break down

Qualifications

  • Passionate about working in a creative, fast-paced environment
  • In-depth working knowledge of the Fashion and Intimates industry

CUUP is seeking a Head of People to join our growing team. As Head of People, you will oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, career development, and nurture and sustain our culture. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including but not limited to educating about benefits, creating and updating policies, updating the employee handbook, etc.
  • Host regular 1:1s across all levels of the company, perform occasional pulse surveys, etc. to support every employee in their personal and career development
  • Partner with team leads and managers to evaluate current team structure and skills, org design, talent gaps and hiring plan to achieve business goals
  • Provide human resources leadership and consultation across the business on the most complex issues supporting staff, managers and executives in all related areas including: recruitment, performance management & retention, compensation, DE&I, staff relations, benefits, training, and people development.
  • Lead and refine the performance management / review process
  • Run the top funnel search for candidates, make sure hiring managers are working towards diversity and inclusion KPIs, and support the hiring process from start to finish
  • Lead culture and team engagement activities
