      Summary of Role

      CUUP is searching for a VP of Finance for our fast-growing direct to consumer business. We are looking for someone who has had solid foundational experience in a larger branded consumer setting but thrives in a fast paced DTC start-up environment. This role will be tasked with building out CUUP’s Finance and Accounting departments and will report directly to the CEO. it’s a role for someone who wants to inform and have impact on real business decisions 

      Overview of Key Duties:

      • Develop and own the company’s overall business model, covering the major aspects of how the company financially operates
      • Lead financial planning efforts in areas including budgeting, resource allocation, forecasting and contract reviews
      • Develop and own the KPI dashboard and internal financial reporting tool
      • Refine our revenue forecasting for all current and potential growth channels, driving accuracy and identifying sustainable growth drivers
      • Act as a financial business partner and subject matter expert across key business areas, ranging from marketing to supply chain
      • Advance the insight and understanding of the business’ unit economics and KPIs to drive further alignment and accountability across the company
      • Evaluate unique business opportunities and cost efficiencies throughout various areas of the business
      • Partake in investor relations, including Board decks, investor updates and cap table management
      • Work with CUUP’s outsourcing Accounting firm on monthly, quarterly and year-end closes, as well as maintenance of accounting ledgers including monthly review of all account reconciliations and journal entries
      • Manage the company’s bank activities, prepare cash burn report and forecast, insure accuracy of cash reporting
      • Prepare monthly department level reports, coordinate with the various managers a review of their financial information to insure accuracy and spending within plan
      • Work cross functionally with business partners, providing financial insights and relevant reporting and accounting
      • Comply with local, state and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelors Degree with concentration in Business, Finance or Economics
      • 8+ years of financial experience, including in financial planning and/or investment banking
      • Experience in eCommerce, consumer goods or start-ups preferred
      • Expert in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with other retail/eCommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Quickbooks)

        We’re looking for someone with a mind for numbers and an eye for creative brands to directly support the Head of Growth. The role is ideal for someone who wants to get broad exposure to all relevant functions in a start-up as he or she will collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative, Product, and Finance.         Growth strategy support & execution

        • Assist in developing and managing campaign planning across channels
        • Support in identifying and proving out new on- and offline channels (e.g., vendor evaluation & management, set-up, execution, optimization, and reporting)
        • Help manage existing agency relationships and weekly touchpoints

        Creative development & testing

        • Come up with new creative concepts and creative iterations based on audience and competitive research, etc.)
        • Collaborate with creative team to concept and bring to life cross-funnel, channel- and persona- specific assets
        • Oversee rigorous creative testing and landing page optimization and develop actionable quantitative insights to inform positioning, messaging, and concepting

        Performance reporting & analytics

        • Own weekly integrated KPI reporting across channels
        • Analyze site behavior of different channels and deliver any insights to improve marketing efforts

        Background & Experience

        • Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of Performance/Digital Marketing experience
        • The ideal candidate has managed paid social programs against performance KPIs for an e- commerce company in-house or at a top agency (e.g., FB/IG, Google, Pinterest, Affiliates, Display, Direct Mail, OOH, TV)
        • You love A/B testing, diving into data, and figuring out ways to increase conversion at every stage of the customer journey and get excited about finding new growth hacks and areas of acquisition
        • You have excellent quantitative and analytical skills including the ability to process and understand large data sets
        • Advanced Experience with Excel and experience with Google Analytics required (SQL a plus)
        • Experience with multi-channel attribution models a plus

        • Ownership over Business Intelligence, analytics, and reporting at CUUP and drive implementation end-to-end
        • Maintain CUUP's Tableau account. Optimize existing data models and add new data sources.
        • Build and collect reporting and dashboarding requirements from business partners
        • Build tools and models that are used by the business to measure overall business performance, understand user site behavior, measure ROI of marketing activities
        • Oversee all of the A/B testing at CUUP, which encompasses content, site features, and assortment.

        Qualifications: 

        • Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in Business, Finance or Economics
        • 2-4 years experience in a Tier I consulting firm (e.g. Bain ,McKinsey, BCG) or bank
        • Expert in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with other data systems a plus

          Junior Fit Therapist

          Summary of Role:

          CUUP is looking for a Junior Fit Therapist to join our fast-growing direct to consumer business located in Soho, New York. Fit is a key strategic initiative at CUUP and sits right at the center of everything we do. As Junior Fit Therapist your role would combine customer service, sales, product and a public face of the company.

          Overview of Key Duties:

          • Works closely with customers writing into our support channels to assist in putting them in the right size CUUP bra.
          • Conduct in person fittings in our office fitting room as well at pop up fitting experiences around the city and country.
          • Conduct online fittings via Skype with customers who can’t make it to one of our in person fitting experiences but are struggling to find the right size for them.
          • Work with our lead fit therapist to develop the CUUP fitting experience and help to train and bring on new Fit Therapists as the team grows.
          • Collect and give feedback to our product team on what is working, what isn’t working and where we need to see changes.
          • Develop extensive product knowledge, consult on product development, test samples and represent the customers needs in product development conversations.

          Specific Roles & Responsibilities:

          • Answer fit related customer service inquiries and assist CX with answering general customer support questions as needed in peak times or when team members are out
          • Conduct regular fittings in the fitting room at our SOHO office as well as onlinez
          • Attend offsite fitting events and conduct fittings
          • Collect fitting data to help inform our online fit efforts

          Qualifications:

          • Excellent people skills and a friendly and helpful demeanor is paramount, the process of fitting a customer can be taught but bedside manner and the ability to make people feel comfortable in a potentially awkward situation is the most important thing to bring to the table.
          • A passion for lingerie and compassion for the wide variety of women and body types that wear it.
          • Strong aesthetic sense and appreciation of the CUUP brand aesthetic
          • Flexibility and willingness to work evenings or weekends and travel as the event schedule dictates
          • Tech savvy in general is a plus 

            

          Production Designer

          CUUP’s Production Designer will work closely alongside the Creative and eComm teams to effectively deliver digital design assets. They will report directly to the Art Director for weekly deliverables and are expected to learn monthly website refresh processes, fully understand proper digital design practices, handle flat and on-body retouching, and be both comfortable and flexible in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail is expected, as is a solution-oriented attitude. Experience with video editing and composition is an added bonus!

              Motion Graphics Designer

              CUUP is a direct to consumer startup focused on providing the essential bra for women with boobs. An ideal candidate for this position is fully immersed in the world of video design, motion graphics, is highly attentive to details, takes direction well and is passionate about CUUP’s overall message and goals. They have created and iterated on paid social videos against performance KPIs before and is familiar with testing different video versions for A/B testing purposes. They will be reporting to the Art Director and work closely with the Marketing, Creative and Analytics teams at CUUP.

              • Responsibilities:
                • Work with the creative team to design and edit videos for paid social, organic social and any digital use
                • Develop elevated brand visuals for video and motion graphics
                • Work with analytics and marketing teams to scale and iterate on social media paid ads weekly
                • Execute organic videos weekly for IGStories and IGTV from start to finish
                • Develop and design templates, style frames and design systems to ensure an efficient video design process
                • Enhance company presentations with motion graphics, animated charts, and maps
                • Conduct visual research/storyboarding for future concepts
                • Stay ahead of video treatments and trends to present to the teams
              • Experience:
                • At least two years of experience in motion design/animation with Adobe AfterEffects or equivalent level of skill

                Social Media Intern

                CUUP is a direct to consumer startup focused on providing the essential bra for women with boobs. The CUUP woman is unwilling to compromise between style and support. She is searching for modern design, elevated brand experience and an innovative fit in a market that is seriously missing the mark. An ideal Social and PR Intern candidate is fully immersed in social media culture, highly attentive to details, takes direction well and is passionate about CUUP’s overall message and goals. They will be reporting to the Art Director and work closely with the Marketing, Creative and Analytics teams at CUUP. This internship is a unique opportunity for real responsibility and ownership.

                Responsibilities:

                • Social
                  • Work with the Marketing and Creative teams to create and implement campaigns cohesively across all social channels
                  • Develop and manage content calendars on a weekly and monthly basis
