Growth Marketing Associate

About The Role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Associate who will own our full funnel Paid Social Strategy. This person will be a driving force in customer acquisition, and build out a paid retention playbook to fuel efficient growth for the business. This is an exciting opportunity for you to play a major role in the growth team to deliver impactful results during a critical stage of our trajectory.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, analyze and execute on strategies for full-funnel paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Snapchat at scale. Optimize paid social budget based on priority KPIs for different campaign objectives.
  • Share insights and translate data-driven learnings to the creative team and brainstorm new creative strategies to A/B test
  • Develop testing roadmap to improve core paid marketing levers, including targeting, bidding strategies and landing page optimization
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g. BI, customer retention, digital product, merchandising, brand) to ensure paid social strategy aligns with larger business goals and drivers
  • Identify and test new social platforms to deepen our relationship with existing customers and find high potential acquisition volume 
  • Grow emerging paid social retention program, working closely with the Retention Marketing Manager to apply centralized LTV learnings to paid social program

 

Required Skills

  • At least 6-8 years of experience working in a highly analytical role such as consulting, marketing or finance. Experience running performance marketing channels preferred.
  • An ownership mindset, with a relentless focus on impact and taking calculated risks to drive growth. 
  • The ability to leverage multiple data sources to develop hypotheses and execute rapid test and learn strategies. 
  • The ability to translate quantitative and qualitative insights into customer-facing marketing strategies, including identifying new opportunities for the business. 
  • Strong communication skills, with a proven track record of effective collaboration with creative/brand marketing, merchandising and digital product teams.
  • Experience building, leading, and managing a team of direct reports.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to drive revenue growth at CUUP. You’ll own the full-funnel performance marketing roadmap, scaling new customer acquisition and testing strategies to increase customer lifetime value.  You’ll manage a team of internal marketers as well as several agency partnerships across channels. The ideal candidate is a customer-centric analytical problem solver who gets excited about driving impact.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize multimillion-dollar advertising budgets to meet ROI and growth goals.
  • Own the end-to-end strategy for how to identify and show up to potential CUUP customers, across multiple paid channels and campaigns. 
  • Work cross-functionally to develop and test new assets, audiences, messaging and landing pages to drive outcomes for customers at different points in the funnel.
  • Scale existing channels, including paid social, affiliate, OTT, and paid search channels. 
  • Expand marketing mix by embodying a “test and learn” mentality for emerging channels.
  • Coach and develop the in-house acquisition team and be the main point of contact for agencies.
  • Develop quarterly budgets and set efficiency targets. Partner with functional stakeholders to forecast and plan CUUP’s growth.

Assistant Technical Designer

About the Role

As the Assistant Technical Designer you’ll be responsible for supporting the Product Team in the Development and creation of CUUP product. This dynamic role covers a range of product categories from intimate bras and bottoms to swim wear, encapsulating our custom fit for every size. This is an ideal role for someone who has Intimates experience, is highly organized and a creative thinker.

Responsibilities

  • Support Technical Designer in adhering to CUUP Product Standards & guidelines for fit, construction, and quality; drive fit consistency, quality and workmanship to ensure Brand integrity.
  • Prep for fit sessions-measure samples, enter measurements, take fit notes, photos & adhere to fit protocol.
  • Maintain sample and photo archive organization.
  • Support updating Spec Library of PPS/TOP/Bulk sample specs.
  • Provide clerical support for areas of responsibility.
  • Support Brand/Company initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Technical Design or related field, intimates experience preferred.
  • 1-2+ years experience in technical design/patternmaking for apparel and/or intimates.
  • Knowledge of intimates & activewear patternmaking, fit, construction & grading, a plus
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing, machinery & production processes, a plus
  • Proficient in Google Sheets/Google Workspace and Illustrator/Adobe Suite.

  • Strong analytical skills, proactive with ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
