E-Commerce Director

Summary of Role:

CUUP is searching for an E-Commerce Director for our fast-growing direct to consumer business located in Soho, New York. 

Overview of Key Duties: 

  • The Director of E-Commerce will guide the vision and lead the execution for the CUUP website that will deliver best-in-class customer experience that drives significant and sustainable business growth
  • Manage the user experience of the website including site navigation, content development, information architecture, performance, and functionality
  • She/He will collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver on P&L targets by managing across key metrics through site merchandising, site experience, traffic and web analytics.
  • Partner and collaborate with creative and marketing ensuring requests are on time and that all sites keep in line with the creative intent of each business
  • This data driven person must be able to assess opportunities for growth and lead/project manage cross-functional teams to manage implementation, test results, and iterate in a dynamic market
  • Serve as liason and primary point of contact within the e-commerce organization for cross-functional partners acting as project manager to evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement, and test e-commerce initiatives
  • Define and lead the e-commerce roadmap through strategic thinking and collaboration by translating overall business strategy and customer goals into actionable work
  • Identify new areas of e-commerce opportunity beyond current organizational thinking
  • Partner with Digital Marketing on SEO measurements and monitoring methodologies
  • Be customer focused. Constantly think about how to raise the customer experience in a dynamically changing environment

Specific Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle and manage uploading all website imagery and video to Shopify
  • Maintain a site refresh schedule and coordinate timing with creative teams
  • Test site and stay on top of updates that need to be made / glitches that need to be fixed
  • Source and work with a developer to make necessary changes to website, Shopify emails, and Klaviyo emails
  • Work with team to improve:
    • Giftcard page / Find My Size page / About Us page / Design page / Blog design / General UI/UX
  • Assist team in delivery of email campaigns

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience driving the strategic direction and execution of an ecommerce business
  • Extensive knowledge of ecommerce technology and sophisticated analytics
  • Extensive Internet Marketing best practices knowledge that result in customer acquisition, retention and growth
  • Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting test results and drawing conclusions
  • Ability to specify and trouble shoot technical changes to a technical/development team
  • Excellent project management skills and leading, influencing and driving cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrate strong business judgement and decision making skills; ability to identify, prioritize and articulate high impact initiatives
  • Strong aesthetic sense and appreciation of the CUUP brand aesthetic
  • Shopify, Google Analytics and U/X Design experience a must
  • Ideally has experience in Klaviyo, Shopify, Zendesk, UI/UX, and some coding

 

 

Logistics Manager

Summary of Role:

CUUP is searching for a Logistics Manager for our fast-growing direct to consumer business located in Soho, New York.

Overview of Key Duties:

  • The Logistics director will play a essential role in scaling the the business and ensuring our valued customers have the best possible experience.
  • She/He will oversee and manage day to day communications with 3PL and monitor shipments and returns for underlying issue on a regular basis
  • Conduct regular visits to Indiana facility to meet team and do periodic training. Update SOPs to accommodate changes and ensure clarity of process
  • Own and optimize process on warehouse floor and quality control within the warehouse setting
  • Coordinate and facilitate warehouse communications with other vendors and platforms
  • Work closely with CS to identify and debug reoccurring issues and build process to address and prevent, define customer communication when things do not go as planned
  • Own inventory receipts and double checking for accuracy
  • Identify opportunities for savings on packaging costs

Specific Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor physical inventory and cycle count
  • Track reported inventory and coordinate reorders
  • Provide forecasts to 3PL
  • Track and report monthly on SLAs
  • Audit billing from 3PL, pick/pack and shipments

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of operations or related experience
  • Analytical, process oriented, excellent project management skills
  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot technical issues across platforms 
  • Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting test results and drawing conclusions
  • Demonstrate strong business judgement and decision making skills; ability to prioritize in a chaotic environment
  • Extensive experience with excel, building out and analyzing data sets
  • Experience defining and implementing process
  • Ability to see the whole system and identify where things are breaking down and create and implement simple solutions 
  • Excellent communicator and ability to juggle many projects at once
  • Strong aesthetic sense and appreciation of the CUUP brand aesthetic
  • eComerce experience a plus

 

Assistant Graphic Designer

Overview:

CUUP is looking for an innovative, experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Graphic Designer to support the creative, digital and marketing teams. The ideal candidate has extensive physical and digital graphic design experience, a thorough understanding of CUUP’s brand identity, works well in a fast-paced team environment, is solution-minded and can see projects through after receiving direction.
They will work under Art Director to shape overarching visual direction and ensure all deliverables feel on brand, relevant, and are met in a timely manner. The Assistant Graphic Designer will work closely with all teams, allowing them to wear many hats and tell a cohesive message across all brand touchpoints.
Lastly, this candidate must have a genuine passion to provide women with the kind of support they deserve (beyond just physically). CUUP is more than a bra brand; it is an ever-growing community of women who want to talk about topics considered “taboo.” Who ready to destigmatize sizing. Who are ready to be honest, real, and powerfully female. The candidate must have a clear understanding of this message in order to keep visuals authentic and elevated beyond just a “trend.”

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Website: Work with creative and ecom teams to keep all website creative fresh and properly formatted to optimize site speed. Responsible for uploading creative to website via Shopify.
  • Email: Work with creative, marketing and ecom teams to deliver elevated email assets according to calendar and marketing needs. Responsible for designing, formatting, uploading, and scheduling all marketing and automated emails. Must be familiar with Klaviyo and Shopify for email scheduling. Ideally has a basic understanding of coding.
  • Advertising: Work with creative and marketing teams to design OOH advertising campaigns that align with brand messaging (ie: billboards, wheatpasting, MTA ads, etc.). Work with analytics, marketing and creative teams to keep social and affiliate ad designs fresh and speaking to marketing needs on a weekly basis.
  • Packaging: Manage packaging design updates and present new ideas that feel streamlined, well thought-out and on brand. Work with vendors to ensure final product is being executed within deadlines and up to the brand’s standards.
  • Creative: Work with Art Director to design creative assets for any and all brand touchpoints (ie: social stories, IG posts, Facebook posts, etc.). Work with creative teams to concept graphic and visual direction to live alongside big picture campaigns and initiatives.
  • Internal: Responsible for updating all presentations and decks used internally (ie: brand decks, moodboards, concept decks, etc.). Responsible for handling all logo and image resize requests. Participate in creative idea sessions and the possible development and execution of those ideas (i.e.: product launches, shopping experiences, marketing campaigns, etc).
