DELIVERY DELAYS

Many customers are experiencing unusual delays due to overwhelmed carriers. We apologize for the delays.  but promise that your packages are en route.  We are a small team who pride ourselves on zero compromise when it comes to your experience with CUUP.

HANG IN THERE: 
We have seen recent orders take up to 20-25 days to reach the delivery address. If your package does not arrive for any reason, we promise to make it right through a refund or replacement. 

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE: 
CUUP’s support team is working through a high number of emails, so it may take longer than normal to hear back. We are answering messages in the order they were received and adding resources to help handle high ticket volumes. We hear you and will absolutely be in touch. 

 

TRACKING ERRORS:
 If you track your package and get an error message, please refresh the page – or copy and paste the tracking number into USPS. We apologize for the inconvenience.
