Home Try On
We want you to love your CUUP bra.
Select up to 2 bras that you want to try at home and we’ll send them to you for free.
You’ll get 10 days to test out your new bras. Move around, adjust the straps, see how you feel.
If you aren’t loving the items, just initiate and ship your return within the 10 day window. You’ll only pay for what you keep.
Keep in mind:
- You must add the bras you want to try using the Try At Home button (not Add To Bag button).
- All payments must be done with a credit card as we can’t hold a charge on a debit card or through Paypal
- The Home Try On program only works with bras (not underwear) and you can try a maximum of 2 bras.
- Shipping for Home Try On orders are the same as regular orders (free above $50).
What happens when I place an order?
CUUP will authorize your credit card, but will only charge it once you decide what you want to keep. As a note, we cannot accept debit cards or Paypal for Home Try On.
How many bras can I try using the Home Try On program?
You can try up to 2 bras at a time using Home Try On. If you are unsure of your size, we recommend selecting different sizes in the same style so that you can compare how they fit. For more help with sizing, please visit our Fit Guide.
Can I use the Home Try On program more than once?
At this time, customer’s are limited to one Home Try On order per person.
Can I use a promo code for Home Try On?
At this time, we are unable to include discount or promo codes for Home Try On orders. In order to use a promo code, you will need to place a regular order.
Can I purchase other items in the same order as my Home Try On items?
Yes, you can purchase as many items as you want. Just keep in mind that you can only select 2 bras for the Home Try On program - any additional bras will be treated as a normal purchase. When you check out, double check your order to make sure you have selected the bras you would like to try risk-free. All items that do not have the Home Try On language next to them will be paid for upfront as a regular purchase.
Do you offer free returns and exchanges for Home Try On Orders?
Yes, we offer free returns and exchanges for all bras, including Home Try On orders.
What happens if I keep an item from my Home Try On order?
After the end of the 10 day Home Try On window, we’ll charge your card for the cost of the bra(s) kept.
What happens if I want to return pieces from my Home Try On order?
Go to our Return & Exchange Center and initiate an order for whatever pieces you don’t want to keep. A shipping label will be generated and emailed to you. Just make sure to initiate the return and ship out the package within the 10 day window.
What happens if I initiate the return within the 10 day window, but don’t ship the package?
You must initiate the return and ship out the package within the 10 day window to not be charged. If you initiate the return, but ship the package out after the 10 day window, your card will be charged and it will be treated as a regular return. Once we’ve received and processed the return, we’ll refund your original payment method with the initial purchase amount.
What happens if I forget to return within the 10 day window but don’t want to keep one or both of the bras?
After the 10 day window, your card will be charged for the bra(s) from your Home Try On order. If you then chose to return any of the pieces within the order, it will be treated as a regular return. You’ll have 30 days from the original purchase date to initiate a return. Once we’ve received and processed the return, we’ll refund your original payment method with the initial purchase amount.
