Returns and Exchanges

We offer free returns on all U.S. orders of unworn and undamaged full-priced bras within 30 days of receiving. We offer free returns on all U.S. orders of unworn and undamaged swim tops and bottoms within 14 days of receiving. Please note, hangtags and swim liners must still be on the garment for the return to be accepted. 

Only items in their original, unworn condition can be returned. However, if you wore your bra once to try out the fit, that's ok! Bras cannot be returned if stretched out or washed. Underwear bottoms, gifts cards, and totes are final sale.

I want a different size or color

  1. Select the item you’re sending back and click “Exchange” on the screen
  2. You’ll be prompted to select a new size or color — select the one you’d like to exchange for
  3. Print your return label and mail back the original item
  4. We’ll start processing the order for your new size as soon as your original item is in the mail. You will get a shipment confirmation email when it ships out.

I want a different style

  1. Select the item you’re sending back and click “Return item” on the screen
  2. Use your credit to buy any new item
  3. Print your return label and mail back the original item
  4. Once we receive your return, we’ll refund any remaining balance to your original payment method

I want a refund

      1. Select the item you’re sending back and click “Return” on the screen
      2. Choose between store credit or a refund back to your original payment method
      3. Print your return label and mail back the original item
      4. Once your return is scanned into transit, the refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process.

    Please note that if you are returning multiple orders, each order will need to be returned in a separate box, using the unique label assigned for that order. This will ensure that the returns are processed correctly and timely!

    Please take care in packing your CUUP merchandise for return. We cannot be responsible for any non CUUP items that are shipped back to our facility.
