
Returns and Exchanges
We offer free returns on all U.S. orders of unworn and undamaged full-priced bras, underwear and swim within 30 days of the order date - unless otherwise marked. Please note, hangtags and swim liners must still be on the garment for the return to be accepted. Final Sale items cannot be returned for refunds or exchanges.
Only items in their original, unworn condition can be returned. However, if you wore your bra once for a couple of hours to test the fit, that's ok! Please be mindful to not apply perfumes, oils, or lotions when trying on. Bras cannot be returned if stretched out or washed. Gift cards, marked final sale items, and totes are final sale.
Please take care in packing your CUUP merchandise for return. We cannot be responsible for any non CUUP items that are shipped back to our facility.

I want a different size or color
- Select the item you’re sending back and click “Exchange” on the screen
- You’ll be prompted to select a new size or color — select the one you’d like to exchange for
- Print your return label and mail back the original item
- We’ll start processing the order for your new size as soon as your original item is in the mail. You will get a shipment confirmation email when it ships out.

I want a different style
- Select the item you’re sending back and click “Return item” on the screen
- Use your credit to buy any new item
- Print your return label and mail back the original item
- Once we receive your return, we’ll refund any remaining balance to your original payment method
I want a refund
- Select the item you’re sending back and click “Return” on the screen
- Choose between store credit or a refund back to your original payment method
- Print your return label and mail back the original item
- Once your return is scanned into transit, the refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process.
Please note that if you are returning multiple orders, each order will need to be returned in a separate box, using the unique label assigned for that order. This will ensure that the returns are processed correctly and timely!
